Shipping charges are calculated real-time in the Shipping Calculator listed on every Ebay Listing and in the cart on www.avillahardware.com. The Calculator Automatically combines shipping on orders/auctions with multiple items. Avilla True Value Hardware gives US customers 2 shipping options during checkout and the shipping calculators. Either FedEx Ground/Home Delivery or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail the Calculations are based upon the shipment weight, dimensions and delivery location, via zip code. We send all shipments with delivery confirmation (Priority Mail) or with tracking (FedEx). Parcel Post (first class mail) is not currently offered as it has no tracking or delivery confirmation capabilities. We strive to have the lowest price on all of our products, which means we don't include shipping costs in the product price. Because of this, shipping is an additional charge for all orders. That way shipping charges are fair to all customers. Shipping Charges are automatically Combined on multiple Item Orders, rund together through the same checkout

Simply add the item(s) you would like to your cart, and enter your shipping zip code, state and country in the space provided. Once you submit your info, the website will pull up shipping costs automatically for any items in your shopping cart.

Shipping Restrictions: Shipping is limited to the United States and Canada unless otherwise approved due too payment security and import-export regulations. We do not offer Express, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Avilla True Value Hardware will NOT ship to PO boxes unless otherwise pre-approved. Avilla True Value Hardware reserves the right to cancel any orders/auctions for unconfirmed shipping information.

International Orders: Import duties and/or taxes (for orders shipped to Canada or any other non-US location) may be imposed by that local government. These charges are separate from Avilla True Value Hardwares charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government. Note: Avilla True Value Hardware will NOT mark customs forms as a gift on purchases shipped out of the US. All customs forms will be filed honestly and truthfully. Customers will be responsible for any fees/duties or taxes.

Information on Fixed Price Shipping Offers: Fixed Price Shipping prices are also only applicable to items being shipped to the Continental United States. All you need to do is call or e-mail us with your postal code to get an exact shipping price. Items will be shipped on the basis of sellers discretion either FedEx or USPS.

Freight Shipments: Larger items will be shipped via a LTL carrier. When a business address is provided for shipment of your item you will save a significant cost on your shipping costs. General savings range from $30-$60 US dollars. If a business address is unable to be provided you can also save significant shipping costs by picking up your item at the freight carrier's loading dock or terminal. Please contact us in order to provide us with a business address to ship your large items or to request to pick up your item at the carrier's terminal. Note: truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge will apply if the driver unloads the merchandise. The carrier will call and schedule the delivery when you'll have unloading help on hand.

How long will it take for you to receive your item?
Items are normally shipped within 2 business days. Items shipped via a regional warehouse or directly from a manufacturer may add an additional 3-7 days. Items shipped will have a tracking number associated to it and will be sent to the purchaser the day of shipment. If no tracking number is sent out to you, please contact us for the tracking number.

Please Note: FedEx Ground does not count weekend days as days towards delivery and FedEx Home Delivery does not count Sunday-Monday as Deliver Days, But they do deliver on Saturdays.
Ground is typically 1 - 5 days from the shipping date for US orders, depending upon location. Please keep in mind that the day an item is shipped is not included in the counting. Priority Mail does not have a guaranteed delivery time. Generally, it takes 2 - 3 days from shipment, there can be delays. Priority mail does delivery on Saturdays.
