Return policy: In order to return an item for any reason, the buyer must contact Avilla Hardware at 260-897-3837 before returning the item. This must occur within 14 days of shipment. The return will be discussed with the online sales crew. If the return is approved, the item will be exchanged or refunded at the sellers� discretion. If the item is refunded, only the price of the unit will be refunded. The shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded unless otherwise stated, additionally, any items sold with "Free Shipping"  If refunded Our shipping expenses will be deducted from refund amount, as Avilla Hardware already incurred those expenses. Items are accepted for return from 14 days of shipment. Returns on non damaged or defective merchandise Must be unused and in New and Re-Sellable condition.  Returns on non damaged or defective merchandise may be subject to a Restocking fee up to 30% of total purchase price including sellers shipping/handling expenses.
